  • Linux becoming the next windows

Linuus Torvalds is becoming the next Bill Gates of Linux. So, much development is focused on making distro's windows like which in my opinion makes Windows more supieror because your using a model to mimic. Instead of sticking to it's unix(minux) foundation. Especially Arch Linux it seems they have kernal upgrades like every month. Which for unsupported hardware can break your system. What do everyone else think? Personally I use FreeBSD. I think Mac OSx is the best alternative for a windows subsutute for a desktop enviroment. What is your opinion on where the linux kernal is going? Since all linux is just a kernal.
